Spring Cool Season Plant Reservation Form

Secure Your Spring Garden — This Is Step One.

Spring in Northeastern Ohio is not random. It’s strategic.

As the snow melts and daylight increases, this is your window to grow crops that actually love cool temperatures — crisp lettuces, tender kales, flavorful cabbages, sweet peas climbing their trellises, hardy herbs, and early flowers that wake your garden back up.

Spring cool season gardening is powerful because:

  • Daylight is increasing (unlike fall), which pushes steady growth

  • Crops tolerate chilly nights and even light frost

  • Greens stay tender and sweet in cool temperatures

  • Early flowers like calendula, chamomile, snapdragons, and Johnny Jump Up violas thrive before summer heat hits

This is your fresh start season — and timing matters.

Who This Spring Plant Reserve Is Perfect For

This is for you if…

You want to get your garden started early — without guessing what’s safe to plant in our Northeast Ohio spring.

You love the idea of harvesting crisp greens, sweet peas, and tender herbs before summer even begins.

You’ve tried planting too late in past seasons and want to get ahead this year.

You value locally grown plants that are timed intentionally for our exact climate — not big-box store transplants shipped in from somewhere warmer.

You want options. Plant on your own confidently — or book a Custom Planting Day and have expert guidance every step of the way.

You’re ready to treat your garden like a plan — not a gamble.

Whether you’re a first-time gardener or someone refining your seasonal rhythm, this is your fresh start window.

Custom Planting Days — The Most Efficient Way to Plant Your Spring Garden

If you want the most productive, streamlined start to your season — this is it. Custom Planting Days are designed to remove the guesswork completely. Instead of purchasing plants individually and trying to calculate quantities on your own, we take a different approach.

Pricing

Custom Planting Days are $10–$12 per square foot of growing space.

That price includes:
• All transplants
• All direct-sow seeds
• Proper spacing and succession strategy
• Layout planning for maximum productivity

A $100 deposit secures your planting date and is applied toward your final invoice.

Your $25 Plant Reserve deposit still applies and is factored into your total.

How It Works Inside This Form

When filling out this form:

• You will select the varieties you’d like in your garden.
• You do not need to calculate exact quantities.

I will determine plant counts based on:
• Your garden size (square footage)
• Seasonal timing
• Productivity goals
• Proper spacing and airflow

Before your planting day, I am already mapping out your garden — mentally and often on paper — with a structured planting plan in mind.

By the time we meet:
Everything is planned.
Everything is measured.
Everything is ready.

When you select a Custom Planting Day:

• You do not need to calculate exact plant quantities on this form.
• You do not need to guess spacing.
• You do not need to overbuy or underbuy.

Before we meet, I am already planning your garden layout — mentally and often on paper — based on your square footage and seasonal timing.

Booking Your Custom Planting Day

At the end of this Google Form, you’ll have the option to book your Custom Planting Day after selecting your plant varieties.

Booking early ensures better date availability during our short spring planting window.

Why This Method Works

Spring is a short, powerful window. When spacing is off or quantities are guessed, productivity drops.

Custom Planting Days ensure:
• Correct density
• Proper airflow
• Succession timing
• Strategic crop placement

This is the most efficient way to plant for the best productivity possible.

If you want confidence, structure, and a fully thought-out plan — this is your option.

A Gentle Note on Early Reservations

There are no strict quantity limits, but I do grow according to reservations.
Early submissions are taken into account first.

If there’s something you truly want in your spring garden, don’t wait too long to reserve.

Let’s Grow Something Beautiful
